(1)关上(toward a contact point or close position)：push/pull/slam the door～拉上门/关上门/砰地关上门; (wind) blow the door～ (风)把门吹得关上;leave it～ 让它关着吧;

(2)醒过来(into conscious ness)：come～苏醒;

to and fro 来回地：They ran～and fro in the street. 他们在大街上来回地跑。

【用法】to和till/until 都可用来表示时间。但二者也有区别。1)讲钟点时，要用介词to，如：It's 20 minutes to 3.(差20分钟3点。)此时不能说*It's 20 minutes till 3. 2)to还可和from 构成“from... to”表示时间长度，如：We often work from Monday to Friday.(我们经常是从周一工作到周五。)此时也可以讲from Monday till Friday; 3)“延期到……时候”，可以用to，也可以用till，如：We've put the match off to/till next week.(我们把比赛推迟到下周了。)但当“提前到……时候”时，一般用to，如把比赛日期提前到5号，要说：We've brought the date of the match forward to the 5th. 4)表示某事前的一段时间，可以用to，也可以用till。It's ten minutes to/till the meeting.(开会前还有10分钟。)5)until一般用在not... until结构中，意为“直到……才”，如：He did not come back until late in the evening.(他直到晚上很晚才回来。)此结构中不能说：*He did not come to late in the evening.
