筚门圭窦筚门圭窬/筚门蓬户bì mén guī dòua humble abode (/rust hut); a poor man’s house; be reduced to hovels ❍ 今自王叔之相也,政以贿成,而刑放于宠,官之师旅,不胜其富,吾能无~乎?(《左传·襄十年》) Now since Wang Shu became chief minister,the government has been carried on by means of bribes,and punish ments have been in the hands of his favourites.
