文人相轻wén rén xiāng qīng

scholars disparage one another; scholars tend to scorn each other; two of a trade never (/seldom) agree;/“～” 是局外人或假充局外人的话。(鲁迅《且介亭杂文二集·五论 ‘文人相轻’——明术》136) “Scholars scorn each other” is said by those outside the dispute or those who pretend to be outside the dispute.
