～出口三项原则：中国是个负责任的国家。在军品出口问题上，我们一贯采取严肃、慎重、负责的态度。在这方面，我们严格遵循三项原则： 一是我们的军品出口要有助于增强有关国家的正当自卫能力； 二是要有助于维护和促进有关地区的和平、安全和稳定，三是我们不以军品出口为手段，干涉别国内政。China is a responsible country.We have always adopted a serious,prudent and responsible attitude on the question of export of military products.In this regard,we strictly abide by the following three principles:First,the export of military products should be conducive to enhancement of the just defence capability of the countries concerned.Secondly,it should be conducive to maintenance and promotion of peace,security and stability in the relevant regions. Thirdly,China does not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries by means of export of military products. |
