【辨异】bounce与jump、leap和spring²都表示“跳”的意思。bounce 指重复的上下跳; jump和leap常可互换; jump(跳)尤指双脚离地跳，如：jump out of a window (从窗户跳出); leap(跳，跳过;奔)比jump更有力，通常指从一处跳到另一处的跳跃过程，如：leap across a brook (跳过小溪);spring(跳跃)指有意识地突然而又迅速离地跳向前，且比jump更有力，如：spring forward to catch a mouse (跃向前去抓耗子)。
