【辨异】delight与joy、pleasure和enjoyment 都表示“高兴”、“愉快”的感情。pleasure(愉快，乐趣)是通常用语，使用最广泛，如：take pleasure in beautiful scenery(从美丽的风景中得到乐趣);delight比pleasure强烈，且往往会主动表现出来，如：delight at receiving a hoped-for letter(收到一封期待着的信的喜悦);joy(欢乐，乐事)是比delight还强烈、持久的高兴心情，人往往会情不自禁地喜形于色，如：joy at unexpected good news(听到意外的好消息时的欢乐); enjoyment(享乐，享受)表示心满意足的冷静感觉，指的是伴随感觉的行为，而不是感受本身，如：enjoyment of conversing with good friends(与好朋友交谈的享受)。

【注意】I am delighted 是“我很高兴”。而I am delightful.是“我很令人愉快”，含有自负的意味。
