【用法】1) dare用作vt时，有-s形式、过去式、过去分词、现在分词及时态变化，否定和疑问式由do(does，did)构成，后接带to不定式。2) 有人把dare作为情态v和vt的两种用法混用，如：作vt的dare后也接不带to的不定式(见(1))，这是不规范的。3) AmE中，dare常用作vt，而BrE中，则常用作情态动词。
