【辨异】 1)名词conduct与behaviour的区别见BEHAVIOUR; 2)动词conduct与guide、direct² 和 lead都可表示“指引道路、路线”之意。conduct 指在前边引某人至某处，且比较庄重，如：conduct a guest to his room(领客人去他的房间);guide(引导)指自始至终指引道路并伴有解说，如：guide a traveller round a cathedral(领一游客参观大教室);lead(带领)指走在前面带路，如：You lead and we'll follow.(你领路，我们跟着你。)direct(指引，指点)指对行进给予指示、命令等，如：direct sb to the station(指点某人去车站的路)。
