be twice the man/woman (that) sb is 比某人更好(更强)：He's～the man (that) you are. 他比你强得多。

be twice over 不只一次，而是两次：It was stupid of you not to have taken measurements first. You've bought enough to cover the walls～over. 你事先也不量一下，真够蠢的。你买回的壁纸足以把墙贴上两层。
