基本法从香港特区的法律地位和实际情况出发，确立了～的政治体制，其中最重要的就是行政长官在特区政权机构的设置和运作中处于主导地位。The Basic Law stipulates an executive-led political structure based on the legal status and actual conditions of HKSAR. In such a structure,the most important feature is that the Chief Executive is in a leading position in the organization and operation of the political institutions of the SAR Government.
