【辨异】remain与stay都可表示“待在……地方”。remain比stay更为正式，但有时可以通用，如：The door stayed/remained closed.(门仍然关着。) 但在用stay的地方，不一定都用 remain代替，如：stay(*remain) put (待在原地不动);stay(*remain) home(待在家里)等。
