【辨异】appreciate与esteem、value和prize都可表示给予很高评价。appreciate指高度评价、敏锐感觉和深刻洞察其价值(即赞赏、赏识);esteem(尊重，尊敬)表示尊敬并怀着亲切的感情，如：esteem sb's work highly(很尊重某人的工作);value(尊重，重视)指因其价值而视其很重要，如：value sb's advice highly(很重视某人的忠告);prize (珍重，珍视)指尊重并喜爱，如：prize sb's friendship(珍视某人的友谊)。
