【注意】当hospital指的是一个机构时，在BrE中前面不用定冠词，在AmE中前面要用定冠词，例如：come out of hospital on Saturday(BrE)(在星期六出院);come out of the hospital on Saturday(AmE)(在星期六出院);当hospital作为一个建筑物谈论时，就需要用定冠词，例如：see sb coming out of the hospital(看见某人从医院中出来)。
