无尾目(Anura)两栖类动物。约2 600种。前腿短后腿长，半蹼足。表皮干燥多瘤节，瘤节分泌白色有毒液汁。舌长带粘液，食飞虫。有些种类能发出求偶鸣叫。一般在陆上生活，在水中产卵。
